We strongly prefer vector artwork files, typically those ending in .AI, .EPS, or .SVG, because this format maintains crystal-clear quality when scaled and allows for precise color separation required for production. However, if you only have a high-resolution raster file (such as a JPEG or PNG), please submit that; our design team will gladly convert and prepare the file into a production-ready vector format to ensure the highest quality finished pin.
The standard turnaround time for custom enamel pins is typically 3 to 4 weeks from the date you finalize and approve the digital proof of your design. This comprehensive timeline accounts for the entire process, which includes initial design work, creating the mold, the careful process of hand-filling and curing the enamel, thorough quality control checks, and shipping the finished product directly to your specified location.
