Built for the bold and the outdoors, our rubberized PVC patches deliver a sharp, multi-dimensional look that is completely waterproof, fade-resistant, and tough enough to survive the harshest conditions without ever fraying.
5.0 rating from 2,000+ customers
PVC patches are the ultimate choice for durability and a modern, high-tech aesthetic. Made from a flexible, rubber-like material, these patches are naturally waterproof and resistant to heat, cold, and grit. Unlike fabric patches, PVC allows for multi-layered 3D designs that literally pop off the surface. Whether they are for tactical gear, outdoor equipment, or heavy-duty workwear, these patches stay crisp and vibrant in environments that would destroy traditional embroidery.
Rain, mud, or snow, PVC doesn't care. Since they aren't made of thread, they won't absorb moisture, rot, or fray, making them the go-to choice for outdoor enthusiasts and professional gear.
We can layer the material to create a tiered effect, giving your logo a physical dimension you can feel. It adds a premium, "built-to-last" quality that flat patches just can't match.

Members of our council have shared very positive responses to the appearance of the pins. A bit costly because of the exchange etc but still with it.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a soft, flexible plastic that feels like rubber. The design is molded into the material rather than stitched, allowing for clean lines and a modern look.
They are surprisingly flexible. While they are thicker than fabric patches, they bend easily and won't crack, allowing them to sit comfortably on hats, sleeves, or curved surfaces like bags.
Yes! Velcro (hook and loop) is the most popular backing for PVC. It’s perfect for tactical uniforms, weighted vests, and backpacks where you might want to swap patches out easily.
No. The pigment is mixed directly into the liquid PVC before it’s molded, meaning the color goes all the way through the material. They won't fade in the sun or bleed in the wash.
Yes. We typically include a "sewing groove" around the edge—a slightly recessed line that makes it easy for a sewing machine needle to pass through for a permanent, professional attachment.
