There is a reason why embroidered patches are the most popular choice for teams and businesses. They have a thick, textured feel that makes your design literally pop off the fabric. By stitching high-quality thread onto a sturdy backing, we create a durable patch that looks great on everything from trucker hats to work uniforms. If you want that traditional, high-end look that people can see and feel, embroidery is the way to go.
When you think of a classic patch, this is it. We use thick, vibrant threads stitched onto a heavy fabric base to give your logo a bold, 3D texture. It’s the traditional choice for anyone wanting a high-quality look that stands out.
These patches are made to be tough. The dense stitching and sturdy borders mean they won’t fray or fall apart, even on work uniforms or outdoor gear. They can handle the washer and the weather while keeping your design looking sharp.
Its a tradition every year to get our pins made, and they always come out perfect. Easy to work with, easy to order. Highly recommend.
Our pins showed up faster than we had anticipated and everyone has commented on the excellent quality! Thanks for a great product!
Members of our council have shared very positive responses to the appearance of the pins. A bit costly because of the exchange etc but still with it.

Embroidered patches use thicker thread and have a raised, 3D texture you can feel. Woven patches use thinner thread and a flatter weave, which makes them better for designs with tiny text or very fine details.
Yes. Our embroidered patches are durable and machine-washable. We recommend washing the garment in cold water and letting it air dry (or using low heat) to keep the thread and adhesive in top shape.
To keep your text readable, we recommend a minimum height of 5mm (about 0.2 inches). If your text is smaller than that, we may suggest a woven patch or a printed option so the letters stay sharp.
Most embroidered patches feature a "merrowed border," which is a thick, wrapped edge that prevents fraying. For complex shapes, we can use a "heat-cut" edge for a clean, low-profile look.
It depends on your needs! Iron-on is great for quick home application, while sewing them on provides the strongest permanent bond. We also offer Velcro for tactical gear and Adhesive for one-time events.
