Woven patches are the go-to choice when your design is too detailed for traditional embroidery. Instead of stitching thread onto a fabric base, we weave your entire design from scratch using much thinner threads. This creates a flat, smooth surface that can handle sharp lines and tiny text without looking bulky. They are thin and flexible, making them perfect for lightweight clothing or high-end apparel where you want a clean, professional look that doesn't sacrifice any detail.

Yes! Because the threads are so fine, woven patches are the best choice for designs with small lettering or thin lines. We can capture details that would look like a "blob" on a standard embroidered patch.
Absolutely. Even though they are thinner and more flexible, they are very tough. They don't fray easily and can handle being washed and worn daily, making them great for heavy-use items like bags and jackets.
We offer two main types: a merrowed border (the classic thick, wrapped edge) for standard shapes like circles and squares, or a laser-cut border for custom, complex shapes that need a clean, flat edge.
Since woven patches are thin and flexible, they work great with iron-on backing for a low-profile look. If you want the most permanent hold, sewing them on is always a great option, as the needle passes through the thin weave easily.
