Can I add glitter to my custom pins or coins?

You can choose any color with glitter, and our design team will help ensure the glitter is applied in a way that highlights your design while maintaining a smooth, polished finish.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

Our minimum quantity order for pins, patches and coins is 50 pieces. This ensures we offer you the most competitive prices.

Medals and belt buckles can be ordered in any quantity. 

Can I purchase a sample prior to the full order?

Yes. We offer custom samples priced at $200 per design. If you proceed with a full order, with no modifications $125 of that will be applied to the full order as a credit. Prior to placing an order our team will provide you with a digital proof to review to ensure the product will look as you expect it to. This usually works for most of our customers, but we understand some people like to have a sample in hand.

If quality is your main concern, we are happy to send generic samples your way. These are previously made products for other customers. Just let your sales rep know and they’ll get generic samples your way.

Do you offer discounts for military and non profit organizations?

Yes. Please let us know if you are ordering on behalf of a certified non-profit organization or military unit. Your sales rep will help apply the appropriate discount.

What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?

The main difference is the surface finish and production method. Soft enamel gives you a textured finish, where the enamel sits below the raised metal borders. Soft enamel pins are typically fired at a lower temperature, which allows for quicker production. Soft enamel is a little lower priced, which makes it popular among customers.

Hard enamel is fired at high temperatures which helps with the hardness of the product. The finish is polished with a flush face. They usually have a smooth, glossy finish that gives them a more professional look.

What does photodome mean?

A photodome pin is a type of printed pin that features a full-color image or photo covered with a clear epoxy dome. The dome gives the pin a smooth, glossy finish and protects the artwork from scratches, fading, or wear.

What is the difference between “diestruck” and "diecast"?

Diestruck pins are made through a process where a metal blank is stamped with a customer engraved die to create a raised and recessed design.

Diecast pins are typically produced with a mold where liquid metal is injected to create the shape of your pin. This helps with intricate and uniquely shaped designs.

Are your products weather proof?

Our products are designed to be durable and long-lasting. That being said, we recommend avoiding extended exposure to extreme conditions to keep colors and finishes looking their best.

Can I add sequential numbering to my items?

Simply provide the numbering range and placement details when submitting your order, and we’ll ensure every item is accurately numbered.

Disney Pins/Olympic pins and other trademarks?

With the appropriate licenses or ownership we can produce certain products. Disney and Olympic pins are heavily regulated and unless given direct approval from those entities we can’t produce these types of pins.

Do you charge setup, mold, or shipping fees?

Our pricing is all-inclusive. We’ll never surprise you with a shipping fee or additional charge for your molds.

Do you have a quality guarantee?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there are any quality issues on your delivered order, please email us pictures and a description of the issue and we will address it accordingly.

I am local, may I come by and shop at your store?

No, we don’t have a physical store for customers to visit.
