Yes. Prior to starting production we will provide a digital proof for your review and approval.
Yes. We can do various variations for you. If we are doing more than 2-3 designs we’ll likely ask you to pay a 10% deposit to cover the designer’s time. That deposit will be used as a credit to your full order.
Prior to starting production on a reorder we’ll send the digital proof again for you to approve and confirm that the details are correct.
Yes. Send an email with your prior order’s artwork ID and we can resize prior to placing a new order.

Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for most of our products. Depending on the type of product and style of product we are slightly faster or slower than that.
If you need something in a rush, soft enamel/diestruck products can be produced faster than hard enamel products. Let us know your deadline and we’ll let you know what we can do.
We do offer in-house offset printed (or photodome) style pins. These can usually be delivered within 72 hours with a rush fee.
