About Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All products are either shipped from our office in Utah, or directly from the factory overseas.

How long after I approve the production layout can I expect to receive my order?

Once an order has been approved and the invoice is paid most orders arrive within 10-15 business days.

Belt buckles and other larger items can take an additional 5-10 days. 

Is shipping included in the price of my order?

Yes. We will ship to a single location included in your quoted price. In the instance that you’d like to ship to multiple locations we’ll assess an additional shipping fee.

Can I see a proof before ordering? Is the design free? Can you design something for me?

Yes, we provide a free design service for all of our orders. Our team will take your sketch or idea and turn it into a high-quality digital sample called a "proof". We will always send you this proof to check and approve before we start making anything.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates to international locations will be calculated based on weight and dimensions of the packages, along with applicable taxes/fees in the destination country.

What’s the standard production time for a shipment?

Most orders are delivered within 10-15 days after payment is received.

Is there an option for expedited shipping?

Yes. Depending on the timeline and your shipping location we have expedited options to speed up the process. Let your sales rep know your deadline and we’ll discuss options.

Do you offer drop shipment capabilities?

All our orders include shipping to a single location. If you need multiple delivery locations, please confirm with our team during your ordering process. Pricing will vary based on the volume of product and number of locations we are shipping to.

Will I receive tracking information when my order ships?

Yes. Within 24 hours of shipment you should receive an email with your tracking number.

Why was my order returned to you?

In the instance that there is an issue with delivery, carriers will return shipments to the sender. This could occur for various reasons, but the most common issues are the business or customer not being available to receive the package.

Carriers typically attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package to the sender.

Can I change the delivery address after I order?

If you need to change the delivery address after an order has been placed please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to get the address updated. Please note if your order has already shipped there can be issues rerouting a package to a new address.

I am local, may I pick up my order?

Most of our packages ship directly from our factory overseas directly to you. If local pickup is needed please contact your sales rep and we can arrange such pickup.
