Can I return my order if I do not like it?

Our orders are completely custom, produced based on your approval of a digital proof. Unless it is a quality issue, we are unable to accept returns for products produced based on the approved artwork.

We are unable to offer any resolution if your product was delivered over 30 days ago.

What if I receive the incorrect quantity?

If there is a variance from the approved artwork, we’ll correct it at no cost to you. Spelling errors, or other elements that were included on the approved artwork proof are not eligible for a free fix.

If my order is delayed while in transit, can I get a refund?

Delays related to third party shippers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) are not eligible for returns or refunds if they miss an event.

My order came damaged/incorrect, how can I get this fixed?

Please send us an email with photos and a description of the issue and we will address on a case by case basis.
